Mind focused controlled exercises on state of the art Pilates equipment that develops body awareness, strengthens the core, increases flexibility, and improves posture.

Studio A: Pilates small group instruction of 5 or less, individually tailored for your workout needs. Cadillac table, reformer, chair, big and small barrels and coreAlign.

Studio B: Pilates coordinated group instruction of 4 or less. Cadillac table, reformer, and chair.

Hot Yoga

Invigorating deep stretch workout that detoxifies and cleanses your mind by improving flexibility and movement.

Studio C: Hot Yoga sessions of 20 or less.

Pilates inspired rope suspension training (think TRX) that maximizes strength, control, and creativity.  Deeper and more challenging training through 4, 3, or 2 point exercises.

Studio C: Bodhi sessions of 9 or less.
